Payment & Booking Terms & Conditions – onefifty fenchurch – TE FENCHURCH OPCO LIMITED

By completing payment via this link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Contracting Party

Your booking is made with TE FENCHURCH OPCO LIMITED (the “Hotel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which operates onefifty fenchurch.

Booking Confirmation

  • Your reservation will be confirmed upon successful receipt of payment.
  • A confirmation email will be issued upon completion of the transaction.
  • The booking details (including stay dates, rate type, and room type) will be as specified in your reservation confirmation.

Payment Terms

  • Full prepayment is required at the time of booking via the secure payment link.
  • Payments are processed via our payment provider (Adyen N.V.) using secure encryption.
  • By making payment, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder or have permission from the cardholder.
  • The total amount charged corresponds to the agreed accommodation and any additional services specified at the time of booking.

Merchant Descriptor

Your card statement will show a charge from “TE FENCHURCH OPCO LIMITED” or a similar descriptor related to onefifty fenchurch.
By completing this payment, you acknowledge and accept this descriptor and agree that it relates to your accommodation booking.
If you do not recognise the charge, you agree to contact the hotel directly before raising a dispute with your card issuer.

Rate Types & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Non-Refundable Rates
• All non-refundable bookings are fully prepaid at the time of booking.
• In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the booking value is non-refundable.
5.2 Flexible Rates
• Flexible bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
• For cancellations made after this deadline, or in case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.
• Where prepayment has been taken, refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.

Amendments

  • Any amendments to your booking are subject to availability and rate differences.
  • Changes to non-refundable bookings may not be permitted.
  • Please contact the hotel directly for any amendment requests.

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, your booking will be treated as a no-show.
  • In such cases, the full booking amount will be retained, and the reservation may be cancelled.

Proof of Stay / Service Delivery

  • By completing payment, you acknowledge that the hotel will provide the agreed accommodation services on the specified dates.
  • A valid reservation confirmation, payment record, and check-in/check-out records (including system logs and registration details) shall constitute sufficient evidence of service provision or availability of service.
  • In the case of a no-show or late cancellation, the reserved accommodation is considered made available and contractually fulfilled, and charges remain valid.
  • You agree that failure to utilise the booked services does not constitute grounds for a refund where the applicable rate conditions (including non-refundable or cancellation deadlines) have been applied.

VAT and Taxes

  • All rates are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • TE FENCHURCH OPCO LIMITED reserves the right to adjust rates in the event of changes to VAT or other applicable taxes imposed by the UK government.

Chargebacks, Fraud & Payment Disputes

  • By completing payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the hotel to resolve the matter.
  • Any fraudulent transactions or chargebacks may be subject to investigation and recovery actions.
  • We reserve the right to provide booking details, transaction data, IP address information, confirmation records, and communication logs to our payment provider (Adyen) and issuing banks to contest illegitimate disputes.
  • You acknowledge that these terms and conditions form part of the contractual agreement and may be used as evidence in dispute resolution.

Guest Responsibility

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
  • You are responsible for complying with all hotel policies, including check-in requirements and identification.

Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
  • Subject to the above, the hotel’s total liability shall be limited to the total value of the booking.
  • The hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK GDPR and data protection laws.
  • Payment data is processed securely by our payment provider (Adyen) and is not stored by the hotel.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
